This presentation will include true stories of running a successful family owned and operated small chemical business from the point of view of the daughter of the famed "Father of Photoionization". Emphasis on small chemical business marketing do's and don'ts will include specific examples of digital and social media as well as personal branding and networking. Maintenance is required to keep the business operational and obstacles related to personnel management, supply chain, customer service, and operating as an essential business during COVID-19 will also be addressed.
