The integral role that Facebook®, Twitter®, Hootsuite®, Linked-In®, Blogger®, Tumblr™, Google+®, Constant Contact™ and Pinterest™ play will be explored as applied to a small analytical instrumentation company. Metrics for tracking leads to social campaigns and to sales will be addressed.
